Seattle Schools: A Complete and free curriculum for middle school students on cyber safety, it also addresses reading and writing GE’s. 9 Lessons that provide activities and address many 21st century skills. Very complete.
I Keep Safe: Information on internet safety, endorsed by the Governor of Vermont, it does provide some basic free content, but you must pay for the complete program.
Webwisekids: Web Wise Kids is a national non profit, provides content, but again, not free.
Cybersmart: A free online curriculum. The curriculum is limited unless you pay for the extended version, but it has many excellent free resources.
I-Safe: An online curriculum for school districts, requires a subscription.

Wired Safety Videos and Animations: A list of videos and animations about internet safety many are excellent. Geared toward all ages.

Cisco Pdf Online Safety: Online safety for middle school and high school.
StopCyberbullying .org: A great resource for cyberbullying from Wiredsafety.org. Specific content for elementary, middle, and high school.
Kidsmart.org: A great website with games, lessons, videos and other interesting resouces.
Getsafeonline: Teenage and Adult resources for online videos.
Chat Danger: The dangers of chatting on mobile phones, email, instant messanger, and games. Full of stories and resources. Appropriate for Middle School and High School.
CyberAngels: Excellent vocabulary list. Very simular to this website.
Safeteens.com: Include topics of : Texting While Driving, Gay Youth and Cyberbullying.
Connect Safely.org: Excellent safety tips for students in Elementary, Middle, and High Schools. Good Video Selection.
